Modular Cooling Pod + Skid

With the innovative Built-In-Module (BIM) design, the cooling POD optimizes its structure by tightly integrating various components such as the chiller, heat exchanger, pump, cooling tower, valve, and BA system.

This approach enhances structural optimization and integration efficiency. Structural parts are manufactured in professional factories, and modules are transported and assembled on-site, significantly reducing on-site construction complexity and installation difficulty while enabling rapid installation and delivery.

Each module is pre-installed inside the factory and includes insulation, chiller, pump, sand filter, make-up water system, fire protection, lighting, and integrates an ELV system, substantially improving on-site assembly efficiency.

Special high-efficiency cooling water tanks resolve the issue of large water tanks for conventional diesel generator units. This innovation allows the assembly of the largest 2400KW units into 40-foot ultra-high shipping containers, meeting sea export requirements for product transport.

Key Features:

  • Standardization: Components of the frame adhere to general industrial standards in design and manufacturing.

  • Prefabrication: Each part of the frame adopts a factory prefabrication mode, utilizing quick installation and delivery on-site for sealed channels. Trusses of the channel's closed structure are pre-spliced with multi-segment modules.

  • Containment: Multiple modules are prefabricated, employing a modular assembly mode on-site.

  • Hot/Cold Aisle: The channel sealing structure adopts a column truss structure supported by columns at both ends, with the top in truss form, eliminating the need for additional frame support.

  • Column-Free: The entire truss structure within the hot aisle is devoid of columns, preserving cabinet positioning and installation ease.
